Who are waiting for the death of Muammar al-Qaddafi ?

Muammar al-Qaddafi is the de facto autocratic ruler of Libya from 1969 until 2011, after seizing power in a military coup. As a result of Libya's Civil War formed the National Transition Council. Gaddafi family took over most of the Libyan economy. Gaddafi to use billions of oil revenues for international projects. He started the war by ordering the others and use nuclear and chemical weapons as weapons of mass destruction. Secretly, he allocates revenues to sponsor terrorism and other political events around the world. The United Nations calls on Libya under Gaddafi as a Pariah State. In 1980 Gaddafi's support for terrorist organizations led countries around the world to establish sanctions against Gaddafi [11].
Six days after the capture of Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein by the United States, Gaddafi abandon weapons of mass destruction (WMD) programs and welcome international inspectors to verify that Tripoli will follow up its commitment. Since then, Libya as a model for other states suspected of developing WMD as their international obligations of non-adherence to follow. On May 15, 2006, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice announced the restoration of full diplomatic relations with Libya, "in recognition of Libya's commitment to the rejection of terrorism and Libya's good cooperation given to the United States and other members of the international community in responding to global threats facing the world since the attacks of 11 September 2001 ".
In the Arab Spring building in February 2011, a demonstration against Gaddafi's movement spread across the country. Gaddafi responded by sending military and armed plainclothes men on the streets to attack the demonstrators, but many switched parties. Gaddafi left the civil war.
